Party & Private Event Packages

Standard Two-Hour Booking (Most Popular)

• Price: £100 (£50 per hour)

• Capacity: Approximately 20 - 30 children

• Ideal for standard birthday parties, family gatherings, and christenings.

One-Hour Small Group Booking

• Price: £55 for an hour

• Capacity: Approximately 8 - 12 children

Extra Time

• Price: +£45 per additional hour

• Perfect for larger parties needing relaxed face painting without rushing.

Corporate & Large-Scale Events

• Rate: £100 per hour (£50 per hour per painter, 2-hour minimum)

Booking Information

• We Arrive Early: We arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your booking to set up both stations. This prep time is on us and won't cut into your paid painting time.

• Fully Self-Contained: We supply our own professional setup, including painting tables, chairs, and a sturdy 3m × 3m pop-up gazebo for outdoor bookings. Prefer to use your own setup or venue furniture? Just let us know in advance!

Venue Requirements

• Indoor Events: A flat, well-lit 2m × 2m area away from main doorways and loud speakers.

• Outdoor Events: We require a level 3m × 3m ground space (grass or hard standing) for our gazebo. However, Alternative arrangements can be accommodated for formal events, provided suitable shade and shelter (such as a marquee, covered patio, or pergola) are provided by the client or venue.

• Weather Policy: For outdoor bookings, an indoor backup option is required in the event of heavy rain or high winds (over 20 mph) to ensure everyone's safety.
